Description: This project is will connect off the LAHCF backbone that is planned to go up Elena and pass Vinedo Lane where it can connect and serve homes of Vindeo and Ridgewood Lane. This connection will be a direct fiber connect and depends upon the installation of the Elena Fiber backbone construction which is scheduled for Q1-Q3 2022.
