In September 2021, the LAH council approved the LAH-LAHCF Master Access agreement. This permits LAHCF to install fiber conduits and vaults in public right of ways (streets). In exchange, the town required 4 dedicated fibers to the town and some standard requirements for installation and maintenance of the installed assets in the right of ways.
