In September of 2021, the LAH council approved the LAH-LAHCF Master Access agreement. This gives LAHCF permission to install in the public right of ways (streets) our fiber conduit and vaults. In exchange, the town required some 4 dedicated fibers for town purposes as well as some standard requirements for installation and maintenance of those installed assets in the right of ways.
