To better run our business, we collect information about you and how you use our products and services. This can include:
- Account information. You give us information about yourself, such as contact and billing information. We also keep service-related history and details.
- Equipment information. We collect information about equipment on our network, such as the type of router you are using.
- Network performance. We monitor and test the health and performance of our network. This includes your use of our network. We may collect website names or IP addresses temporarily during performance monitoring.
- We do not collect web browsing and app information.
- We do not collect third-party information, such as information from outside sources like credit reports, marketing mailing lists, and commercially available demographic and geographic data.

- Improve your experience with our services by verifying your identity, detecting and preventing fraud, protecting your financial accounts, authorizing transactions, and assisting your interactions with customer service.

- Improve the reliability of our network.
- Prevent and investigate security issues, illegal activities, and violations of our terms and conditions.
- Protect our property and legal rights.
Sharing Information
First, our intent is to never share your information with anyone without your explicit permission. However, by using our service you have agreed to share your information with our network management and billing agent, Next Level Infrastructure, LLC (NLI). Our agreement with NLI protects your data in accordance with this privacy policy. See NLI’s Terms of Service for detailed information: https://www.nextlevel.net/terms-of-service/. The most pertinent section is the following paragraph:
“Confidentiality of Network Information. Next Level may collect and analyze network traffic in order to manage the performance of the network and to identify violations of this policy and (if applicable) the Terms of Service Agreement. Next Level will take reasonable care to keep this information confidential, along with your customer billing information and information that associates you with an IP address. Next Level will not disclose this data to third parties for marketing purposes. Next Level will disclose this data in response to a valid legal process.”
