Are you ready to sign up and pay for your LAHCF installation?
This page and form below is for those properties where you have confirmed that your build is located on an active LAHCF backbone build.
Properties along sections of Fremont Rd, Burke Rd, East/West Sunset, Diane Drive, O’Keefe, Summerhill and Nicole lane and a few other areas are parts of projects now with active builds.
To start your installation process, please follow these steps outlined below.

Step 1) Please download, review and sign the LAHCF membership agreement.
You can sign and then send the electronic version to info@lahcommunityfiber.org – Filling out this form does not commit you to an installation but anybody connecting must complete this form before we can establish service.
Step 2) Please fill out the form below
Step 3) Please write a check to Los Altos Hills Community Fiber for the amount specified for your build and build phase once you have obtained that final quote. Please contact LAHCF if you are not sure of this amount. The checks can be mailed to or delivered to:
